ORDER & DELIVERY
Here’s our current delivery charges:
West Malaysia : RM10 (2-7 business days)
East Malaysia : RM15 (5-14 business days)
Please note that while we will try our best to have your orders delivered to you as soon as possible, delays of deliveries may occur due to the pandemic. We apologies in advance for any inconvenience caused.

After confirming your orders, you will receive an email containing your personalized tracking number for your parcel. All shipment can be tracked here (https://www.tracking.my)
EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope that you love your Elhana order, however if you are unhappy with our products, they can be exchanged to us within 7 days of your receipt. All sales will be final after 7 days of purchase. All purchases cannot be refunded. All purchases cannot be returned. Only exchange is applicable. *T&C applies If you want to exchange, please follow these T&Cs:

Email elhanahq@gmail.com and state ‘Exchange’ on the subject line as well as your unique order number and reason for return within 7 days of receipts

Goods must be received back to us within 7 days of the authorization being granted. If you feel that it will exceed the 7 days period, you may make an appointment to come to our HQ to exchange the goods.

Exchanging goods will be subject to availability of the new goods. The new goods will be shipped to you after the returned goods have been received and checked by us.

Goods should be returned undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn as per the original order with all the original inner and outer packaging. Failure to do so can result in deductions being made to the value of the exchange.

It is your responsibility to cover postage costs for returns and exchanges. Please make sure to use an insured shipping method as we are unable to refund or exchange items that are damaged or lost in the post.
